to the 62^nd GCC

Brothers,

With March upon us, it's time to start planning your trip to Dallas! In this Guide to GCC, Volume 2, you'll find information to help craft a budget for you and fellow Chapter Members — including registration costs and the reimbursement rates equivalent to the flight cost for one delegate per Collegiate Chapter.

A big Thank You to everyone who submitted an entry to the GCC Logo Competition and the GCC Education Survey — we received an incredible number of responses! In the spirit of the 62^nd GCC theme, Powered by Purpose, the GCC Planning Committee and many other Fraternity-wide committees are working to ensure our workshops, continuing education, and program speakers align with the needs of our Collegiate and Graduate Members.

While registration and the hotel room block are releasing soon, here are a few action items you can start now:

• Request time off from work or rotations, if possible
• Find other Members within your Chapter or Province who are also planning to attend
• Budget, fundraise, or ask for support from your school to help offset costs
• Pick a Chapter activity you wish to highlight in our Poster Session

Don't forget to check out the Guide to GCC – Volume 1 and our future communications. Be sure to share this information with your fellow Chapter Members.

• Central Office provides reimbursement equivalent to the cost of a round-trip flight for one delegate per Collegiate Chapter.
• Reimbursement rates for each Chapter are available in the Kappa Psi Portal.
• Reimbursements are distributed via check to each Chapter near the end of GCC. Each Chapter may determine how these funds are spent.
• Airport options: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) & Dallas Love Field (DAL)
