Book Official Room BlockDallas is served by two convenient airports. Plan your arrival early — members are encouraged to be in Dallas by 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, July 29 for General Session I and the Opening Reception.
Two airports serve the convention. Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) is the primary hub with the most connections. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is a closer, smaller option — ideal for Southwest travelers.
Both airports are eligible for chapter reimbursement. Book early for the best fares.
DART directions from DFW: Take the Orange Line from the airport to West End Station, then transfer to the Red or Blue Line to Union Station — connected to the hotel via an underground concourse.
Driving to Dallas? The Hyatt Regency offers on-site parking with a discounted rate for convention guests.
Recommended Arrival: Plan to arrive in Dallas by approximately 5:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, July 29 to participate in General Session I. The Opening Reception immediately follows. CE sessions and workshops will also be offered earlier that day for those arriving in advance.
